a fascinating building, on capital hill, the inner circle of canberra - romaldo giurgola has done a fantatic job with this one. of course, he didn't build it alone, but it is in his vision and is an architectural masterpiece - and efficient, being that most of it is underground. he has designed other interesting buildings, but this one truly takes the cake. the highlight? ...the waterpiece out the front and the marble foyer inside.
