pre-dawn in london is a beautiful time to be out and about - the only people you bump into are those really early birds, setting up newspaper stands, unlocking gates on tube stations. you can get the uninterrupted photos - uninterrupted by the throngs of people that are - well - everywhere in London, except at 5am. The millennium wheel is still at this time, so no blur, even though circular motion blur would also be kind of cool on this photo too. and i know you call it the london eye, but i call it the millennium wheel - which is also its real name.
